Responsibilities
- Manage and control subcontractors across all phases of factory construction.
- Act as primary mediator between Client and Subcontractor.
- Lead and evaluate the internal site supervision team (QA/QC & MEP Engineers).
- Verify IPC and prepare justified progress claims for Client submission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- 7-10 years of construction management experience in factory projects.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD (Shop Drawings, As-built, Clash Detection, BOQ)
- Experience in IPC review and technical documentation (Reports, MIR, NCR)
- Excellent communication in English and Khmer.
