Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect all civil, structural, and architectural works, including finishes and final fixtures.
- Conduct milestone inspections, manage NCRs, and oversee punch list for defect rectification.
- Ensure materials, methods, and mock-ups comply with approved documents and contract specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with minimum 5 years of QA/QC and site finishing supervision experience.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD (Shop Drawings, As-built, Clash Detection, BOQ).
- Experience in IPC review and technical documentation (Reports, MIR, NCR).
- Excellent communication in English and Khmer.
- Able to report to foreign management and manage local subcontractors.
