Frequently asked questions

Is it free for workers?

Yes. Creating a profile, uploading a CV and being contacted by employers is free for job seekers.

Who can see my phone number and CV?

Your public profile shows your name, photo, professional title, skills and experience. Approved employers can access contact details and your CV after unlocking your profile or receiving your application. Identity documents are only available to the review team.

How long does review take?

We aim to review new profiles and companies within one working day.

What format should my CV be?

A PDF is best. If you have a paper CV, a clear photo (JPG or PNG) also works. The limit is 8 MB.

How do I hide my profile after I find a job?

Turn off "Open to work" in your profile. Your profile disappears from the directory until you turn it back on.

How do employers contact workers?

Approved employers can message published candidates on the platform. Contact details and the CV become available when an employer unlocks a profile or receives an application. You and the employer arrange interviews and agree on salary and working conditions.

Does the platform employ the workers?

No. FixKhmer connects job seekers and employers. You apply for jobs or share a professional profile; employers hire directly and are responsible for working conditions.

Which areas do you cover?

You can discover jobs across Cambodia and add your home province to your profile. Profile work areas currently use Phnom Penh khans.

Can I use my profile as an online CV?

Yes. Your published profile has a personal link on our domain, such as /en/workers/your-name. Share it with employers as an online CV. To make it eligible for search engines, turn on search visibility; your profile must be approved and open to work. Search engines decide when to index it.
