- Provide finance support to accounting teams related to hospital operations, demand planning, reporting, and performance metrics in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and understand business and operational challenges; propose data driven financial solutions and improvement initiatives.
- Partner closely with finance leadership and central finance teams to align on financial metrics, KPIs, targets, budgets, and business reviews.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance (management level)
- Strong ability to analyze financial and operational data and provide strategic insights
- Good communication skills in English and ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams
