Work responsibility overview
- Deal with all children’s problems.
- Create a homely environment (caring, nurturing, inclusive).
- Assist students with educational work where appropriate
- Help foster good relationships between children
- Engage with children (from 5 pm, be with children, not alone in your room)
Requirements
- Experience working with children or youth supervision, including problem-solving, relationship-building, and providing emotional support
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic home environment, including organizing routines and guiding children in home duties
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to follow medical, safety, and reporting procedures responsibly
