Responsibilities
- Handle ocean freight import/export operations including booking, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, trucking teams, warehouse, and overseas agents.
- Prepare SI, HBL/MBL, invoices, and customs-related documents.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2+ years experience in Ocean Freight forwarding (Import/Export).
- Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and carrier requirements.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiar with documentation, customs procedures, and operational workflows.
