Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content calendar across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, aligning with real estate campaign goals.
- Creative Copywriting: Craft engaging, high-end captions, scripts for video production, and property storytelling angles in both Khmer and English that resonate with luxury buyers.
- On-Camera Presenting & Hosting: Act as a brand ambassador/host when necessary, presenting property walkthroughs, project updates, or interviewing key stakeholders on camera.
- Short-Form Video Production: Brainstorm, shoot, and rough-cut highly engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Reels, and Shorts) focused on lifestyle, architecture, and design trends.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital media strategy (real estate / luxury brands preferred)
- Excellent writing skills in Khmer and strong English communication
- Skilled in short-form video creation and mobile editing (CapCut, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling and trend awareness
- Confident on-camera presenter with great delivery
- Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio or links to active channels showcasing successful content campaigns, published articles, copy samples, or video projects you have spearheaded.
