Responsibilities
- Track sales data and work to achieve sales team goals.
- Communicate with the tenant related to Sales & Marketing Activities.
- Contribute and analyze information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
- Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Create and present regular performance reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Junior in Business Management, Marketing, or other relevant fields;
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing and Contract Leasing.
- Possess strong proficiency in Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Strong ability to work individually or in a team setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
