- Coordinate on-site and off-site examination from Regulator, Group Company’s Internal Auditor and ERM and authorities
- Designation, dismissal, removal or resignation shall be approved by the National Bank of Cambodia
- Establishment of compliance monitoring guidelines and procedures
- Performing compliance assessment on regular and surprise basis and reporting to Independent Director (ID) and/or Board of Directors (BOD), Group Company, regulator, authorities, and others
លក្ខខណ្ឌជ្រើសរើស
- Bachelor’s degree of Business and/or Laws
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Training and Risk Management is advantage
- Good communication in English, verbal and written skills
- Good presentation and translation knowledge from Khmer to English and vice versa
- At least 2-year of practical experience and/or being working in Compliance function in Cambodia’s Banking and FIs, especially Micro-finance institution and Financial Leasing Company
- Good knowledge of Computer literacy such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS Outlook

At least 2 years of experience in compliance function in banking or financial institutions (especially MFI or Financial Leasing Company)
