Be able to set goals for Student Affairs department and execute the plans to achieve the set goals to support the achievement of school goals and guiding statements;

- Lead and manage Student Affairs team to achieve department and school goals
- Oversee student well-being, behavior, academic records and school programs
- Plan and coordinate student activities, field trips and school events
- Collaborate with parents, staff and external partners to improve student experience
- Ensure student safety, positive school climate and compliance with policies
លក្ខខណ្ឌជ្រើសរើស
- Hold Bachelor’s degree/ Master Degree of Education or TESOL, or related field;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in education field is preferred;
- Willing to advance career path with international school;

- Competitive monthly salary depending on their qualifications
- Annual salary increments from 10% to 30% depending on performance and professional growth
- Paid Annual Leave of 18 days per year on top of the public holiday and Paid Sick Leave of 6 days per year
