- Process and maintain purchasing schedules for ordering and delivery to stores
- Monitor inventory levels, analyse usage patterns, and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels without overstocking or causing shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and pricing.
