Stock and Inventory Assistant or Manager

- Oversee and manage products in stock
- Ensure proper control of inventory and complete counts & reconciliations
- Manage product deliveries and entries of item inventory
- Organize warehouses and stock rooms
- Prepare products for delivery to customers

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Accounting preferred)
- Experience in stock management (medical, pharmacy or retail is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word, QuickBooks)
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
- Honest, positive attitude with strong initiative
