Overall Management of the Factory which shall include production, operations, Manpower management, quality control, Cost efficiencies, Safety Measurements

- Production Efficiency: broken rate and reporting the KPI
- Quality Standard: Low percentage of batch passing QC without rework or rejection
- Cost Efficiency: cost of processing RCN per tone Vs. Budget
- Monitor and oversight the working schedule and safety of manpower, machineries, and other
- Plan and coordinate all production activities including preparation time, sorting, shelling, drying, peeling, grading, packaging, and storage.

- Extensive experience in factory or plant management within food processing or agricultural commodities, preferably cashew processing
- Strong expertise in production efficiency, quality control, cost management, and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC, etc.)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams, machinery operations, and continuous improvement initiatives

បទពិសោធន៍
A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in the agricultural commodities or food processing industry is commonly required. At least 5 to 8 years in a management or senior operational role within a cashew processing facility (both automatic and semi-automatic) is essential.
