Internal Sales Officer position supporting internal sales, technical quoting, or manufacturing-related sales support.

- Process customer orders via email and system.
- Maintain customer drawing databases, ensuring proper version control.
- Support good data practices by ensuring workflows are completed and data is maintained to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer purchasing contacts via email.
លក្ខខណ្ឌជ្រើសរើស
- Hands-on experience in internal sales, technical quoting, or manufacturing-related sales support
- Practical skills in CAD (AutoCAD or similar) for preparing drawings, quotations, and BOMs
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to coordinate across sales, production, and customers
- Tertiary qualifications in Drafting, Architecture, Design and/or Civil Engineering.
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD or other CAD programs.
- An understanding of Adobe Acrobat editing or other Adobe Suite software.
